MY PACK

Mac install (step by step)

1. Download both zips from this page (green + blue buttons).
2. Resource pack: Finder → press Cmd + Shift + G → paste:
   ~/Library/Application Support/minecraft/resourcepacks
   Drag custom-mob-pack.zip in. Do not unzip it.
3. Open Minecraft → Options → Resource Packs → enable My Pack.
4. Datapack: Minecraft main menu → Singleplayer → select your world → click Edit → Open World Folder.
5. In that folder, open or create a folder named datapacks.
6. Drag custom-items-datapack.zip into datapacks. Keep it as a .zip — do not double-click to open it.
7. Rejoin your world. You should see a green chat message: Items datapack loaded!
8. Craft 1 paper for the Thunder Hammer, or paper + redstone for the Laser Blaster.

No green message? Type /datapack list in chat (cheats on). You should see [file/custom-items-datapack.zip].
Still stuck? Turn on cheats → /function v3719:give_all

Install (Windows or Mac)

1. Download custom-mob-pack.zip above.
2. Open your resourcepacks folder:
   Windows: press Windows + R, type %appdata%\.minecraft\resourcepacks
   Mac: ~/Library/Application Support/minecraft/resourcepacks
3. Delete any old custom-mob-pack folder from failed tries.
4. Copy the zip file itself into resourcepacks (do not unzip).
5. Open Minecraft → Options → Resource Packs → enable My Pack.

Or drag into Minecraft

1. Open Minecraft → Options → Resource Packs.
2. Drag custom-mob-pack.zip into the Minecraft window.
3. Click Yes, then move My Pack to Selected.

Custom items (Hammer, Blaster, Super TNT, Chess Board)

New items need both downloads: the resource pack (look) and the datapack (item exists in-game).

1. Enable My Pack in Resource Packs (steps above).
2. Open your world → Edit → Open World Folder → open the datapacks folder.
3. Put custom-items-datapack.zip in datapacks (zip is fine).
4. Rejoin the world or run /reload.
5. Thunder Hammer — craft 1 paper, or /function v3719:give_testblock. Hold right-click to shoot lightning.
6. Laser Blaster — craft paper + redstone, or /function v3719:give_blaster. Hold right-click to shoot red lasers.
7. Super TNT — craft TNT + 2 gunpowder, or /function v3719:give_super_tnt. Hold right-click to place a 3x3x3 block that explodes.
8. Chess Board — craft white wool + black wool + stick, or /function v3719:give_chess_board. Hold right-click to place a playable chess board. Click a piece, then click where to move it.
9. Sand Castle — /function v3719:give_sand_castle. Add your BBModel + texture — see Sand Castle setup.
10. Get everything: /function v3719:give_all
11. Check your item: /function v3719:check_item

Purple block? Re-download the green zip and enable My Pack.
Items not working? Re-download both zips, then /reload and get fresh items with the give commands above.

How to get updates (camel, new mobs)

1. Fully quit Minecraft (not just leave a world).
2. Open resourcepacks folder.
3. Delete the old custom-mob-pack.zip and any custom-mob-pack folder.
4. Download a fresh zip from this page (check version shows 5 mobs including camel).
5. Put the new zip in resourcepacks.
6. Reopen Minecraft → Resource Packs → enable the pack. The name should say My Pack v… (5 mobs).

Camels only appear in desert villages — use /summon camel in a test world to check the texture.

Still not working?

• Must be Minecraft Java Edition (Launcher app) — not “Minecraft for Windows” from the Microsoft Store.
• Must be version 26.2 (shown bottom-left on main menu).
• Fully quit Minecraft and reopen after adding the pack.
